The products are delivered by the seller directly to the buyer's home or the specified address.

Shipping is handled by the courier company GLS.

The shipping fee is 80 RON. The delivery address must be within the coverage area of GLS.

For locations outside the courier's coverage area, the cost of additional kilometers will be paid by the customer.

Orders for products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation via email. The order should arrive within 3-4 business days from the confirmation date. This timeframe may be affected by circumstances beyond our control but will not exceed 10 business days from the date your order is processed.

The order will be shipped in packaging that ensures secure transport. Responsibility for any damage occurring during transportation of the product, parcel, or package sent by us lies with the courier, in accordance with local regulations in force.

Return Policy

The return must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original, unopened packaging.

The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the moment the returned product is received and inspected.

If the product is damaged, used, or does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be refused.
